STEM in AGtion
About STEM in AGtion
STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics - is a major component of most agricultural endeavors. However, its role in agriculture is often downplayed and under-realized.
UGA Tifton’s day-long STEM in AGtion events were originally created to showcase how STEM is used in agricultural research at UGA’s College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. In lieu of in-person events during the COVID pandemic, we asked faculty to bring STEM in AGtion to you by discussing a component of STEM as it relates to their research focus.
We hope you are able to utilize these videos for classroom, virtual, or individual learning to better understand how STEM is applied to agriculture.
